Kirkby Ireleth Housing Action Group’s response to SLDC’s Land Allocations Consultation

The following grants have recently been made:
a) Grizebeck Village Hall - £2,000.00 for flooring of the new hall
b) Friends of Burlington School - £350.00 for band and boards for the Ceilidh
c) An individual £250.00 towards taking part in a volunteer project in Bengal
d) Kirkby Community Centre - £358.00 for hire of marquee at this year’s Gala
e) Kirkby Community Centre - £200.00 for sponsorship of the fell races at this year’s Gala
f) Kirkby Community Centre - £400.00 towards provision of seats to be placed adjacent to the pavilion
g) Kirkby Community Centre – £500.00 for purchase of display boards for community use
h) Kirkby Cycleways and Footpath Group - £233.00 for insurance costs
i) Grizebeck Flower Guild - £100.00 towards the cost of a coach to Barbon to view gardens
