Meetings for women of all ages and beliefs in a friendly atmosphere with a speaker or demonstrator on Wednesdays, 7.30 p.m. in Kirkby Village Hall from September to May. Occasional outside visits. Membership £2.00 per annum.

Members of the Premier Division of the North Lancashire and Cumbria Cricket League.

FRIENDS OF BURLINGTON SCHOOL

A group of parents, teachers and governors who support the school and raise money for events, trips and equipment to enrich the lives of all of the pupils in the school.

 

LITTLE ACORNS

Sessions are held in Grizebeck Village Hall on Wednesdays, 9.45 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. during term time. All children are welcome from birth to starting school.

Meetings are informal and take place on the third Tuesday of the month at 2.00 p.m. in Kirkby Village Hall. Occasional evening meetings with speakers.

Floral demonstrations and workshops, Grizebeck Village Hall, 7.30 p.m. on the fourth Wednesday of the month

 

KIRKBY FOOTPATH AND CYCLEWAYS GROUP The group aims to conserve and develop the public footpaths of Kirkby for the benefit of residents and visitors. Meetings are held on the first Monday of January, March, May, July, September and November at 7.30 p.m. in the 'Burlington Inn'.
